Hello friends! Today we will make wheat flour biscuits in pressure cooker. It is very tasty and soft .Pack this on to your kid’s lunch box or give them as a after school snack; either way I am sure even they will also enjoy it IS requires less time to make.s Mostly biscuits are made inmicrowave  but we will make it in pressure cooker.We all have fond memories of our Grand Parents or Parents taking Atta, Ghee, Sugar, Milk to a bakery and getting back with those awesomelicious atta biscuits.Lets make some now to rejoice all such memories. So friends let’s start.

INGREDIENTS FOR BISCUITS

  • Wheat flour 1cup
  • Sugar 1/3 cup
  • Green Cardboard Powder
  • Clarified butter ½ cup
  • Baking powder 1/4 tsp
  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • Milk (as per requirement)

METHOD-

  • Firstly mix ghee sugar in a bowl.
  • Now add it to the Atta. Now all the things in it are added.
  • Now wave it by hand. If the dough is gill then it can take more. Now keep the medium. (Not too hard or too soft)
  • Now put it in the fridge for 10 minutes.
  • Heat so much by adding salt to the cooker (let it spread in the cooker and spread salt, now stand on it and leave the whistl of cooker to cover and let it warm)
  • Now the dishes in which to make biscuits . Put some ghee on its bottom.
  • Now take the dough that we have put in the freeze, and break small and small pieces and take a bell in the shape of the biscuit.
  • Now in the utensil which is ghee, add the amount of biscuits (biscuits should be a bit in the middle) because the biscuits grow after cooking.
  • Now keep the cooker lid closed without keeping it in the cooker.
  • Now after 5 minutes see whether the biscuit has taken place or if not, then cook it all (Biscuit does not cook much, otherwise biscuit will be hard)
  • Biscuit is ready now. You can eat it with tea, milk or coffee

SUGGESTION-

  • firstly, replace wheat flour with maida to prepare maida biscuit.
  • furthermore, skip the addition of salt if the butter is salted butter.
  • also, to flavour the biscuits add roasted jeera to the dough and prepare jeera biscuit.
  • additionally, cut biscuits to any desired shape and bake only till the edges turn slightly golden.
  • finally, wheat biscuit will turn crunchy only after its cooled completely.
  • if you want to bake the cookies in a regular electric oven? Bake at 180 C for 10 mins in a preheated oven!
