INGREDIENTS FOR PANI-PURI

  • Flour – 1 cup
  • Suji-1 cup
  • oil
  • Baking soda

METHOD FOR PURI-

  • Mix the flours, suji and salt together and knead into a stiff dough adding water a little at a time.
  • Add a little oil and knead till the semolina almost dissolves. . (You can also use soda in it)  Knead for a few minutes with oiled palms and cover with a damp cloth.
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Now our dough is ready now we can make puri with it.
  • Heat oil in a deep wok / kadhai.
  • Divide into 1/2 inch balls. Roll out into thin tiny Pooris. and deep fry in hot oil till they puff up and golden brown. Keep a side.
  • Now our puri is ready

INGREDIENTS FOR PANI

  • Pudina – 5-6 leaves
  • khatai
  • Granary  leaves
  • Chilli (2 green or red)
  • Hing
  • Jeera
  • Ginger
  • Salt (art, white both)

METHOD OF PANI –

  •  First of all, mixing a little sour, mint leaves, granary leaves, (3-4) chillies, hing, cumin seeds, salt, and mix them in the mix.
  • Now the water chutney is ready. Add water to them accordingly and make Pani puri and eat
