Parwal  thode  chote   – badhe or  mote or thode  lambe  aakar k hote hai . ye 2 se 3 inch labe hote hai.  ye bel mai lagti hai.  Jo har mousam mai bajar mai milta hai. Parwal mai kai tarah k vitamin – vitamin  -A , vitamin – B1 , vitamin B2 , or vitamin C parchur matra mai hota hai . parwal mai protien , carbohydred  or carboj jaise postik tatv milte hai.  jiski wajah se ye bahut si oshdhiya banane mai upyog hoti hai .
