INGREDIENTS FOR MUSHROOM PEAS MASALA

  • Mushrooms – Mushrooms 6-7
  • Green peas – ½ cup
  • Tomatoes – 4/5
  • Green Chillies – 2/3
  • Ginger – 1 inch piece
  • Cream – 1/2 cup
  • Oil – 3/4 Tablespoons
  • Big Cardamom – 1
  • Long – 1-2
  • Cinnamon – 1/2 inch piece
  • Black pepper – 5-6
  • Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
  • Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 Tablespoon
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green Coriander – 2-3 teaspoons (finely chopped)
  • Salt – according to taste
  • Asafoetida – 1 pinch
  • Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
  • Kasuri Fenugreek – 1 teaspoon

METHOD – HOW TO MAKE MUSHROOM & PEAS CURRY

  • First wash the mushroom thoroughly and wipe it with cloth.
  • Now cut 4-6 pieces of mushrooms.
  • Now wash and chop tomatoes, chillies, ginger.
  • Now add all these things in a jar and grind them to fine paste.
  • Peel the big cardamom and take out the grains, and prepare all the ingredients in a tight coke.
  • Now add oil to the pan and heat it and add asafoetida and cumin seeds, after roasting cumin, add turmeric powder, coriander powder and now put pisa masala paste, as well as whole ketch masal and kasoori fenugreek and roast till the spices are stirred. Until oil spices on the spices begin to float
  • Now add peas and mix it and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now add cream and cook it continuously until the vegetable starts to boil.
  • Now after the stirring of the vegetable, add mushrooms and add half a cup of water.
  • Now add salt and garam masala in the vegetable mix, and cover the vegetable and let it cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • Now add mushroom matar masala vegetable in a bowl and garnish by adding slightly green coriander over it.
  • Now our Mushroom Matar Masala Vegetable is ready, serve it with hot chapati, paratha, naan or rice.

NOTE-

  • Vegetable gravy can be made in your taste by the way you like.
