Roasted gram 200 g

Method –

Finely grind the roasted chana with a mixer(like powder).

Now do it in an air tight pot.

2- From home chana or chana dal –

It is very easy to make dough from gram dal or chana. For this

Essential Material –

chana dal or chana 200 grams

Method –

First, soak gram dal or gram in water for 8-9 hours.

Now get them out of water, and dry well in the pan.

Keep a pan in medium flame and fry until they are golden brown.

Now, grind them into a mixer.

Now, Put it in an air tight pot.

Now you can make any recipe from this.
