Hello friends ! today we will learn to make curd ( dahi )with out jamun .The yogurt does not accumulate with out jamun .But some time the curd destroyed in our home ,than we prepare the jamun at our home .Jamun can be prepare many ways .so friends let us start .
- Boil Milk 100-150
- Lemon- 1
- Green chilly-1
- Red chilly-1
First of all, boil the milk, then make the milk cool so that the milk can be easily touched. Now we will introduce curd in three different ways, so we have made 50-50 grams of milk in three katori.
Make curd with lemon
Take a lemon to make curd from the lemon and cut it from the middle and remove the juice of it in a bowl. Now add about 2 teaspoon lemon juice in any milk bowl.
Make curd with red chilly
- Take a dry red chilly with stalk to make curd from the red chilly. Mix a dried red-chily with stalk and apply it in another bowl (to keep the stalks completely immersed in milk) to preserve the curd .Because there is some substance in the stalk that turns milk into yogurt.
Make curd with green-chilly
Take a green chilly with stalk to make curd from the green chilly. Mix a green chilly with stalk and apply it in another bowl (to keep the stalks completely immersed in milk) to preserve the curd .Because there is some substance in the stalk that turns milk into yogurt.
Now cover the three bowls and keep it for 8-10 hours. Yogurt will be ready in 8-10 hours. Now you can make yogurt from this curd.
Heat a boiled milk in a little heat and keep in mind that the milk can be easily touched by the heat. Make this milk in casserole and now put 2 teaspoons of jamun made in any way, and keep it covered for 4-5 hours. In winter, the curd make very late and it takes longer.
