INGREDIENTS FOR LAUKI KOFTA RECIPE
Gourd – 500 g
Besan – 4 Tablespoons
Oil – For frying 3 tablespoons
Turmeric – 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – according to taste
To make gravy
Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Tomatoes – 4 large cut
Onions – 2 large cut
Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
Red pepper – 1 teaspoon
salt to taste
Oil – 3 tablespoons
Green Chillies – 4 Cut Off
coriander – 4 tbsp
How to make (Lauki Ke Kofte Recipe) Gourd Kofta Recipe
Grate the guard and put the guard, the green chilli, ginger, coriander, besan and salt in a bowl and mix them properly. Leave the masala for 5 minutes. The mixture for kofta is ready.
Put the oil in the frying pan and heat the pan. Take one tablespoon mixture and put it in the pan. Turnover and fry it well until it turns brown. Then take out it in a plate. Follow this method for preparation of rest of the koftas.
Method For gravy
Grind the tomato, green chilli and ginger in a grinder finely.
Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a nun stick embroidery and roast onions. Then add turmeric powder, coriander powder and red chilli powder. Sprinkle the spoon on medium flame and fry for one minute.
Add tomato puree and two tablespoons of water and keep it on the flame till oil separates. Then put 2 cups of water and let it boil.
Add salt, make the flame slow and cook for another five minutes. Keep the gravy warm. Add half the amount of coriander and mix it. While servicing, decorate koftas on a serving plate, top gravy Serve with the rest of the coriander and serve it.
