Jo hamari health ko ek adbhut shakti pardan krta hai . kiwi fruit khane se bahut si bimariyon se nijat paya ja skti hai.kiwi fruit ek aisa pahadi fruit hai . jo thande ilako mai ugaya jata hai. Yeh fruit bhure rang ka hota hai or iske upar barik rese hote hai.  par ye fruit andar se hare rang ka hota hai. Ye lagbhag chiku ki  jaise hi lagta hai. Ye bahut hi swadist fruit hai.   1. sujan-

    dengue or chikanguniya ek aisi katarnak bimari hai jiske karan body mai blood ki plates kam ho jati hai . in plates ko jaldi se badhane k liye doctor kiwi khane ki salah deta hai. Kiwi fruit se blood ki plates badh jati hai . or body ko shakti milti hai.
