HOW TO MAKE POHA WITH POTATO IN 15 MINUTE

SAMAGRI –  poha banane k liye kuch jaruri samagri ki avsyakta hoti hai jo ish prakar hai –

  1. Poha – 1 ½ cup ( achchi quality ka hona chahiye )
  2. Aloo – 1 chota , patla chote tukdo mai cuta ( tail mai fry kara hua )
  3. Onion – 1 bada ( barik cuta hua )
  4. Mungfali – 1/3 cup (  bhuni huyi )
  5. Tamatar – 1 ( barik cuta hua )
  6. Hari mirch – 2  ( cuti huyi )
  7. Adarak  – chota tukda ( kaddukas kra hua)
  8. Rai – ½ teaspoon
  9. Namak – swadanushar
  10. Haldi – ½  teaspoon
  11. Lal mirch – ½ teaspoon
  12. Amchur – ½ teaspoon
  13. Garam masala – ¼  bhag
  14. Oil – 2 table spoon
  15. Hra dhaniya – 3 table spoon
  16. Water –  1 ½ glass
  17. matar – 1 cup
  18. namkeen – 4 se 5 teaspoon

METHOD – sabse pehle poha ko pani mai 5 minute k liye bhigo denge . dhiyan rahe poha ko pani mai jyada der tak bhiga na rehne de . anyatha poha adhik gal jayega or achcha nahi banega. Ab ek kadahi mai tail garam kar le . jab tail garam ho jaye tab gass ko low kar le or garam tail mai rai  dal de . jab rai tadak jaye . tadke mai onion dal de onion ko halka brown ya sunhara hone tak chalate rahe . fir isme hari mirch or adarak dal de or fir chalaye . or jab masala achche se bhun jaye tab tamatar , fry  aloo , matar, namak , haldi , lalamirch , amchur or  garam masala dalenge . ab ish masale ko thodi der pakayenge . jab tamatar achche se pak jaye . tab isme poha dal de or thodi der bhune . fir upper se mungfali ko dalkar achche se mila de . ab poha ready hai . poha ko hra dhaniya  or namkeen dalkar decoret karenge . or bowl mai dalkar sabko garam poha serve karenge .

Aap bhi hamara banaya hua poha khana chahte hai to aap apne ghar par hamari reciepi ko achche se padh kar ye swadist poha bna skte hai . agar poha testy lage to hume apne anubhav jarur bataye .
