How to Make a Creamy Mango Shake,MANGO MILKSHAKE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS FOR MANGO MILKSHAKE RECIPE
1 ½ cup mango pulp or chopped into pieces
1 tbsp chopped mango pieces to garnish
1 ½ cup chilled milk
2 small ice cubes (optional)
2 tsp brown sugar or White sugar
3-4 drops of Rose water(optional)
A few pistachios to garnish (optional)
Method FOR MANGO MILKSHAKE RECIPE :
- Wash, peel and chop mangoes into small pieces, discard stone. Transfer them to a blender jar.
- Add milk, sugar (to taste or according to sweetness of mango) and ice-cubes.
- Blend until smooth and creamy and there are no mango chunks in it.
Make sure to use chilled milk else there are chances for the milk to curdle.
Choose mangoes that are not fibrous. Choose mangoes that are juicy and sweet.
Reduce and adjust sugar according to the sweetness of the mangoes.
You can even use mango icecream instead of vanilla icecream.
Add cardamom powder or saffron to make it flavoured and even more interesting.
