For gatte

  • 1 cup bacha hua pakaya chawal
  • 1 cup besan
  • salt (according to taste)
  • 1/2 table spoon jeera
  • 1/2 table spoon saunf
  • 1/2 table spoon ajwain
  • 1/2 table spoon hing
  • 1/2 table spoon haldi powder
  • 2 table spoon malai
  • Oil
  • Water for bioil gatta –

For vegetable

  • 2 table spoon ghee
  • 2 table spoon oil
  • 1 table spoon jeera
  • 1/2 table spoon ajwain
  • 2 tejpatta
  • 1 pinch hing
  • 1 cup dahi
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 red chili
  • salt
  • l/2 table spoon lal mirch powder
  • 1/2 table spoon haldi powder
  • 2 table spoon dhania powder
  • 2 table spoon malai

For tempting

  • 2 table spoon ghee
  • 1/2 table spoon tsp jeera

For garnishing

  • onion’s rings
  • 2 curry patta

Method for GATTE KI SABJI

GATTE KI SABJI FROM LEFTOVER RICE

  • Firstly , To make Gatta, crush rice in a mixer. So far, take out the crush rice in the plate and mix the stuff that is written above and prepare the dough.
  • Now add oil to the masala and let it be round or long and make the gatte.
  • Now heat the water to boil the pan in a pen. After boiling the water, put the gatte in it.
  • Now let the gatte cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. Take it out in the plate and let it cool down.
  • Now crush onions, tomatoes and red chillies.
  • Now heat oil in the pen and add cumin, jeera or hing and Put onion-tomato paste and roast until it separates the oil. Then add dry spices and roast it.
  • Now pour the water of masala, curd or gatta and cook on a low flame for 4-5 minutes.
  • Now heat the oil for tempering. Add cumin seeds and red chillies and stop the roasting and gas and let it slag in the garbage soup.
  • Now our gutte ‘s  vegetable is ready. Serve it by roasting onion.
