  • Milk

  • Now take Chhena in some plate and make the chhena smooth for 4-5 minutes by mashing.
  • Now add ararot in Chhena and make the chhena smoothly by stooling it, so that the chaana is so much that it starts appearing like thickly roasted flour.
  • Now Chhena is ready to make Chhena Rasgulla.
  • Take a little bit of chhena from the filter, make round balls and make the balls in your choice.
  • Now make the balls for all rosets and make them covered with a wet cloth.

For Chashany: –

 

  • Put sugar and 2 cups of water in a wide utensil and let it heat when the syrup starts to boil, then put the cooked shells in the syrup.
  • Now cover the utensil, and check the spacing balls and let it boil for 20 minutes on a high flame.
  • After 8-10 minutes, when the syrup starts to thicken, after adding 1 to 1 spoon of water in the syrup, keep in mind that the syrup may always be boiled, add some water while cooking the juice bag.
  • When the rosogene is almost double by making the flower, turn off the gas.
  • Now let the Rasgulla sugar cool down in the water.
  • Now the rasgullas of chhena are ready, rosoglu can be eaten now, but after 6-7 hours, rasgulla will be sweet and very tasty, after cooling it, keep it in the fridge, let it remain in rosoghool syrup, syrup You can be eaten for 15-20 days by placing rosoglu in the fridge.
