Ingredients for Potato Halwa,Aloo Ka Halwa Recipe

Potatoes – 500 grams (boiled)
Water – According to the need (to boil the potatoes)
Sugar – 150 gms
Almonds – 2 tablespoons (cut)
Cashews – 2 tablespoons (cut)
Ghee – 5 tablespoons (cut)
Raisins – 2 tablespoons
Pistachios – 2 tablespoons
Dry Coconut – 1 Tablespoon
Cardamom powder – 1 spoon
Milk – 2 cups

First wash the potatoes well and burn the gas and put the water and potatoes in the cooker and keep it for boiling.
Now cut cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios in a bowl.
Break the stem of the raisins and wash them in water.
Grate dry coconut and put it in a bowl.
When the potatoes are boiled, cool the potatoes and peel them with hands.
Now put a kadahi on the gas and burn the gas.
Grate the curd lightly, add ghee to the curry.
Now put the mashed potatoes in it and keep it running with a spoon.
Let the potatoes run with a spoon until the potato becomes light brown or golden.
When the potatoes are well roasted, add milk and sugar and add almonds, cashews, raisins, cardamom powder, coconut filings and pistachios and keep stirring the halva continuously. Save some meals.
Potato pudding will now be ready in 6 to 7 minutes.
